A fierce fire erupted in a densely populated locality along EM bypass, stirring panic among local residents. The incident occurred in the Pragti Maidan police station area around 6 am, engulfing a warehouse of old plastic goods and spreading to a nearby decorator's shop. Prompt response from three fire engines helped bring the situation under control, although significant damage was incurred.
